Riccie's Formula is a show for the makers out there. We were all born to create. We have a calling, and a need to leave our legacy in the world. None of us are handed the recipe at birth. But I've learned a few things along the way, as a human and as an entrepreneur.

This show is where I share those moments. The ones where something finally made sense. The ones where I learned a piece of the formula for doing what I was born to do, which is create.

You might hate or love what I have to say. Either way, if you decide to lend your ear, my hope is that you leave with a new realization, a new path forward, or just enough inspiration to do the next right thing, as a human or as an entrepreneur.
